Rental Terms

Payment Policy

If your reservation request is accepted, you will need to pay 20% of the total amount as a deposit.

Cancellation Policy

• In case of cancellation up to 7 days before the date of arrival, the deposit is refundable.
• In case of cancellation in less than 7 days before the date of arrival or no show, the deposit is non refundable.

Driver's Age

Drivers must be between 21 and 65 years old.

Driver's License

A valid, physical driver’s license (not expired) is required—no copies, photos, or digital files are accepted. Minimum 1 year of driving experience is mandatory. Non-EU residents must present an International Driving Permit for motorcycles. The company reserves the right to refuse rental (with full charge) if documents are missing, invalid, or the driver doesn’t meet age requirements.

Traffic Fines

The renter is fully responsible for all traffic violations, fines, and related expenses during the rental period. All tickets (e.g., parking, speeding) must be paid directly to the relevant authorities.

Fuel Policy

The renter is responsible for fuel costs and must return the vehicle with the same fuel level as at pickup.

Mileage

Unlimited mileage is included in our rental rates.

Transporting

Transporting the vehicle by ferry to another island or the mainland is not permitted without written authorization from our company.

Other Terms & Notes

• Vehicle models will be provided as originally planned. However, in exceptional cases, delivery issues may require us to supply an alternative vehicle.
• Vazeos Santorini Quad Rental reserves the right to reclaim the vehicle from the driver in cases of dangerous driving, driving under the influence, exceeding passenger capacity, or other serious traffic violations that endanger human life. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
• Our rental company ensures the confidential handling of all your personal data we receive.
